Chalk It Up! is an immersive open-air festival featuring live music, food food trucks and large-scale chalk art. Professional artists create colorful illustrations directly on the pavement, and the artwork is continuously evolving throughout the two-day festival. This distinctively creative event within historic Beaufort combines community engagement and art appreciation into one FREE fun-filled weekend, March 29-30!
Why should you sponsor an Art Square?
Chalk It Up! offers you at least one advantage not found at many festivals. At most art shows and events, the public sees the sponsor’s name once. But, because Chalk It Up! artists are continuously creating the work on the pavement throughout the two-day festival, it changes each time the public passes. People return again and again to mark the progress of the work, and they see your company name next to the artwork signifying your contribution to their entertainment.
