Tatiana’s upcoming exhibit, “Play, Cry, Repeat,” showcases her blend of whimsy and emotional depth. Her car window series features finger drawings on foggy windows and captures childlike wonder. In “Meow from the Backseat,” Tatiana reflects, “Children have a freedom and audacity that only masters artists can achieve.”

Her more personal works, like “My Loved Ones are Always With Me,” explore themes of grief and healing. Inspired by the Southern belief that cardinals represent loved ones visiting from the afterlife, Tatiana connects this imagery with her mother's term for messy hair, “a bird’s nest.”

The exhibit opens on First Friday, November 1st and runs throughout the month at Thibault Gallery, 815 Bay Street. Don’t miss the chance to experience the work of this rising star—Tatiana Tatum is quickly becoming a household name.
