Linda Silk Sviland

An award-winning commercial artist for more than 40 years in the DC metropolitan area, Linda Silk Sviland began exhibiting her hand painted silk apparel in the mid 1990s at galleries and craft fairs. Over the years she has learned from some of the premier master silk painters in the country and in the process has refined her own design direction, always with the goal of creating beautiful one of a kind wearable art. Her hand painted silks are prized possessions in private collections around the country.
